I amchanging myreview from five stars toone. Ihad fallen ill with cancer and was inand out ofhospitals and onchemo and colten said that itdidn't matter I'm ina contract soI need toabide byit even ifI couldn't and was inthe hospital… With cancer.. unable tocancel mymembership. Hewas heartless I'll never use planet fitness. Defined isright down the road and not ghetto I'd recommend people gothere. Ihad them before and never had aproblem.

Great variety, lots ofcardio machines, minimal weights for the serious builders but worth the money hands down.
The only negative isthe hours, they seem tokeep closing earlier oropening later, every year it's alittle worse.
I looked atdefined and Chuze for those reasons but the cost ishigh tojustify the early start but I'm still weighing itout

Great selection ofexercise machines, weights, arm bike, row & somuch more. Training isoffered, paper towels & sanitizer are always well stocked. Ifyou don't know how touse amachine, you can scan the QRcode & ashort video will showyou. That's helpful soyou don't have tobother anyone!

I switched locations due toJosh. Heconvinced meto make this location myhome gym and made the transition for meand myfamily smooth asever. Irecommended this location toeveryone Iencounter and even have afew ofmy coworkers frequent this location aswell. Ithink Josh isone ofthe most professional representatives I've interacted with I'm along time. Hehas also pointed mein the right direction when seeking information onnutrition and workout tips whenever Iask. I went into this gym today tosee what the process entailed transfer mymembership from old gym inArizona tothisone. Raul, the General Manager, spent agood 10minutes changing myinformation ontheir computers and even alittle more time toshow mehow todownload and connect the app tomy account. Itwas asmooth process. This was myfirst impression and needless tosay Iam delighted with the interaction.
Just like people, gyms are alittle different from one gym toanother. This gym
seems tohave alittle bit ofa different feel from mypreviousgym. Its alittle more crowded and it's alittle bit darker--could use some more lighting. Perhaps its tokeep the cost down? Inany event, ifI can achieve the desired result asI had inmy oldgym, Iam good with that.Thank you Raul for agreat first impression ofthegym!

The gym isclean. There aren't any dust bunnies running around, mirrors and windows are wiped down often. Josh, the Assistant Manager always has agreat demeanor. I'd hirehim!

Wanna get your workouton? Pump some iron tobulk upthe biceps? Maybe hit the showers soyou don’t smell like ahigh school gym locker room? Well, let usbe the first tosay . DON’T START ATTHIS LOCATION!
1) FILTHY BATHROOMS. Like, wedidn’t want totouch anything, let alone take ashower. EW
2) VERY outdated facility. Located inwhat appears tobe anold office building. Itseems like they threw insome equipment and some paint and called itaday.
3) Parking lot isa mine field.After one
experience here wequickly researched and found another location touse while inAlbuquerque. Never stepped foot back inside.… – show00

This gym isokay. It’s abit dark and there’s not much cell coverage which isn’t good ifyou’re trying towatch amovie orsomething while workingout.But, the staff are nice and there’s tanning beds and lots ofequipment.
