Air Quality
Air Quality provides monitoring, reporting and forecasting ambient air quality needs. Permitting for dust, industrial/commercial facilities, compliance/enforcement, planning rules and regulatory actions as well as administers the mandated travel reduction program in Pinal County's portion of Area A.
Airports
The Pinal County Airport manages two airports in the County. San Manuel Airport located in the town of San Manuel and Pinal Airpark located just north of the City of Marana.
We are a county animal care and rabies control facility Pinal County Animal Care and Control (PCACC) strives to continue to be a humane lifesaving operation, that provides quality care for homeless animals while servicing the public, keeping communities educated, and ensuring the safety of people and animals in Pinal County.
Assessor
The Assessor's Office primary mission is to locate, identify and appraise at current market value, locally assessed property in Pinal County for ad valorem tax purposes (taxation based on the value of property) as well as the valuation of manufactured housing and business personal property and maintains the ownership information for each parcel and updates the records when property is sold, transferred, combined or split. The office also administers the widows, widower and disability exemptions and the Senior Valuation Freeze.
Communications and Marketing Department oversees outreach to Pinal County residents, including the County's website, external and internal communications, social media, video content and branding on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, the County Manager's Office, and the County's twenty Departments.

Medical Examiner
Under the authority of Arizona Revised Statute (ARS) 11-593, The Office of the Medical Examiner provides death investigation and post-mortem examination services for deaths that occur within the geographical boundaries of Pinal County and are considered to be sudden, violent, suspicious, unexplained, or unattended.
The Office of Budget and Finance is responsible for the review and preparation of the annual operating budget, expenditure and revenue forecasts, rate and fee analysis, overall financial analysis regarding budgetary matters, policy analysis, and budget development.
Office of Emergency Management
The Pinal County Office of Emergency Management is to provide planning, resource coordination, public outreach and recovery services to emergency response agencies and the public in order to minimize the loss of life and property during emergencies and disasters.
